Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction — it’s a life transition. My role is to help you navigate it with clarity, confidence, and care. With more than 20 years of experience as both a licensed Occupational Therapist and real estate broker, I bring a unique perspective that looks beyond price and finishes to how a home supports daily life and evolves over time. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving up, downsizing, planning to age in place, or creating space for multigenerational living, I help guide decisions that truly fit you.
I specialize in South Boulder — where community, schools, trails, and livability matter as much as the home itself — and in aging in place, helping homeowners plan for independence, comfort, and long-term value. While these are areas of expertise, my work spans luxury homes, mountain properties, and clients at every stage of life, because most lives don’t fit neatly into a category. As a Broker Associate, Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Senior Real Estate Specialist, I combine strategic market knowledge with a steady, human-centered approach so clients feel heard, protected, and prepared.
Outside of real estate, I serve on the Summit Middle School board, volunteer with Ignite Adaptive Sports, and spend as much time as possible outdoors with my family. Community isn’t a buzzword — it’s the foundation of how I work.
